From August 15-20, 2016, Wat Phra Dhammakaya Taipei organized the Dhammadayad Ordination and Meditation for locals. There were many activities such as morning and evening chanting, listening to Dharma sermons by the teaching monks, meditation, circumambulation with candles chatting the Dhammajakgabbavattana Sutta verse, paying homage to the Lord Buddha, offering alms, and etc.
One of the Taiwanese Dhammadayad representatives stated that he was happy to be a part of this ordination because once a year he is able to learn a lot and how to live a simple live and how to stay on the right path of life full of merit and good deeds.
